How much does RELAY® cost?

 

For a limited time, we are offering a special introductory price to all members of the National Association of REALTORS® – only $149 per year per agent user. There is no per transaction fee.  As a special introductory offer, we are also offering the CD-ROM creation module (a $79 value) free of charge, allowing you to create a variety of CD-ROM archives for the transaction, including branded closing packages which you can hand to your client on a single CD.

What do I need to start using RELAY®?

 

RELAY® is an annual online subscription service, meaning there is no software to install, and no need to purchase additional equipment – all you need to get started is a computer and an internet connection.

 

When you sign up for the RELAY® system, our RELAY® team will provision a personalized transaction website for your company within 24 hours.

 

You can log in and create your own username and password. For security reasons, we do not set up your usernames or passwords for you.

We have clients who don't have e-mail or couldn't figure out electronic signatures; would we still benefit in using RELAY®?

 

RELAY® offers a number of solutions so that you can incorporate clients and contributions, regardless of a person’s comfort with technology or the RELAY® system.  In addition to directly synchronizing a transaction , there are three ways for a transaction participant to add documents to a transaction: 

  • Upload documents directly into the transaction from your computer in their native file format.  Allow your clients to upload documents directly to the transaction in this way, or choose to upload them yourself.
  • Fax documents using the RELAY® secure direct fax function.  Generate a special fax coversheet which sends your document directly to your transaction from any fax machine. 
  • Mail documents (via either email or standard post) or hand them directly to an agent or transaction coordinator, then simply scan, fax, or upload them directly into the RELAY® system.

 No matter which method of upload is used, you receive automatic notifications when a document is added to your transaction

 

With all of these solutions, using RELAY® will continue to enable you to track all activity and progress within a transaction while keeping you connected to your transaction (and your office!) at all times, whether or not the client wishes to or is able to participate.

Does RELAY® perform Contact Management in addition to Transaction Management?

 

RELAY® manages your contacts within your Transaction. RELAY® is not designed to replace your current Contact Management system; it is designed to help you manage your transactions more fluidly and efficiently.

 

RELAY® will incorporate Contact Management through integration with other programs. Integrating with existing programs means you can continue using RELAY® fluidly without having to learn a new system or alter your habits.

Is RELAY® compatible with my Back Office software?

 

RELAY® offers complete integration with WINFormsOnline® and ZipForm®Online, and you can export Activities directly to your computer calendar, such as Outlook. RELAY® will be incorporating and collaborating with many Back Office functions in the near future.

 

Since RELAY® is designed for REALTORS® in conjunction with the National Association of REALTORS®, RELAY® remains neutral in regards to all transaction activity. RELAY® will never require a REALTOR® to work with an outside vendor by maintaining high level of compatibility regardless of outside program integrations.
