Create a fax Coversheet
Use a special fax cover sheet so that RELAYT knows where to send your document. To create this cover sheet for a new document, click on Fax Cover Sheet.
Tip: Is your document already in RELAYT? Click on the document detail, then click the Fax Cover Sheet button.
- Fill in the contact information for the person sending the document
- Print or send the fax cover sheet
Documents sent using this fax cover sheet will automatically be filed in your RELAYT transaction under the document name you entered.
Let Clients and Guest Agents add signed documents
Add your buyer, seller, or agent from the other side to RELAYT and let them add new documents and versions right from their computers.
Edit a client contact in RELAYT:
- Click the Pencil button next to your Client's name on the Contacts page
- Check "Create Account" and "Allow Document Upload"
- Confirm and save your changes
If your client did not already have an account in RELAYT, he or she will automatically receive a Welcome to RELAYT e-mail.
Add a Guest Agent:
- Click the Add Agent button
- Check "Create Account" and "Allow Document Upload" and fill in the Guest Agent contact information (located below the Agent search information)
- Confirm and Save your changes
A Guest Agent is an agent on the other side of the transaction. There can only be one agent representing each side of the transaction (buyer or seller). If you do not see the button to add an Agent, you may need to change your transaction status from Open to Pending on your transaction cover sheet.
If the agent on the other side of the transaction already has RELAYT, you can add him or her using the agent search instead (located above the Guest Agent contact information).
