Getting the Listing

RELAY® connects you to your clients, office, and transaction easily and securely, but did you know that it can also be used to help you connect to more sales?

Winning more listings with RELAY® Transaction Management

 

You managed your contacts, cultivated your leads, and now you have an appointment with a potential client. This can be a nerve-wracking experience for even the most experienced REALTOR®. Let RELAY® help you arrive at your presentation at your best.

 

There are two ways you can prepare a client presentation:

  • Option One: If you already know the essential information for your next client, partially prepare a listing or buying contract (and any other forms you wish to have on hand) in WINFormsOnline®, and synchronize directly with RELAY®.

    This way, if your client decides to sign the contract immediately, all of his or her essential information is already filled out and ready to be printed or digitally signed right away!

  • Option Two: If you want to prepare for last-minute client presentations, you can create a “mock” RELAY® transaction.

    Instead of a property address, try including your brokerage address; instead of a property picture, upload your logo or a picture of your brokerage. Get creative and reinforce your image!

    Since this transaction will not be used as an active transaction, you can continue updating it to ensure you will always have your latest client presentations accessible at any time, from any internet connection.

Now upload marketing proposals, disclosures, Competitive Marketing Analysis, property photos, sample flyers, a biography with information on your REALTOR® success, and any other documents for your client presentation directly into RELAY®.

 

With your presentation stored online, you never need to worry about arriving unprepared. Your next presentation is as close as the nearest internet connection, and you’ll never spill coffee on a folder, or run out of sample flyers.

 

Use your CD creation module to download the captured information directly to your computer and create a customized client presentation CD. Create a label, and give your clients a presentation package showcasing your dedication and professionalism.

Make it easier for you and your clients to log into RELAY® Transaction Management. Post a link directly to your RELAY® site from your own website. Publishing your link can even help you attract new clients!

 

Shows future clients that you provide 24/7 access to their transaction through a secure transaction site. Those with an account can log in, while those without an account will never see transaction information.

 

How to post a link to your RELAY® Site

 

For a link to your transaction site, change the RRRRR in the code below to your five digit site ID number (the same site ID number you used in your RELAY® manager on WINFormsOnline®) in any of the examples below.

Then paste the HTML code directly into the HTML on your website.

Coming Soon to RELAY®

 

With 2006 right around the corner, there are some very exciting updates which will be helping you manage your transactions more effectively and changing the way your RELAY® site looks and the way you use RELAY® Transaction Management.

 

In the beginning of 2006 we will be releasing RELAY® Version 2.0, which will contain activity management, calendaring, templates and more, designed to make your transactions run smoother and easier.


With the release of Version 2.0, your RELAY® site will be automatically updated, and there is no additional charge for current subscribers.

 

All of your transactions will remain intact, but now you will be able to schedule all of your transaction activities quickly and easily, as well as being able to track the progress of activities, and look at what other transaction participants are working on in the transaction.

 

Look for more details, announcements, and opportunities to learn about this exciting new feature throughout January and February!
