LOS ANGELES (June. 15) – RELAY®, an Internet tool for real estate professionals to manage transactions and collaborate with clients and affiliates through a custom Web site, today announced the release of RELAY® Version 3.0.
RELAY® already enables agents to thoroughly track documents, activity checklists, communications and contacts through a branded Web site that clients can access 24/7. With RELAY® Version 3.0, subscribers are offered the ability to use RELAY® as a marketing tool to attract clients and the ability to network with other agents more efficiently.
A unique feature of RELAY® Version 3.0 is an enhanced online listings capability, enabling users to publish property information on a branded RELAY® Web page which can be shared with potential clients. By publishing disclosure documents and photos or video files to a RELAY® listing page, real estate professionals can offer a more comprehensive and high-impact presentation to interested buyers.
RELAY® Version 3.0 also allows users to invite guest agent access and cross-brokerage transaction access. Guest agent and cross-brokerage access enable both sides of the real estate sale to work together in one transaction file, making communication smoother for both real estate teams and clients.
Through guest agent access, RELAY® subscribers can invite the agent on the other side of the transaction, who is not a RELAY® subscriber, to view pre-selected portions of the file. When the agent representing the other side of the transaction is a RELAY® subscriber, they can participate through a shared transaction file with complete document and activity management functions and the ability to provide their clients access as well.
