RELAY®, a Web-based transaction management system for real estate professionals to use and optionally share with clients, service providers and affiliates, was recently declared compliant with several security standards following an application security review. Performed by Cybertrust Inc., a global information security services specialist, the security review found RELAY® to have fewer risk vulnerabilities than similar-sized applications that also protect personal and private information. Based on compliance in three categories--operating system and platform, connectivity and networking, and application development--RELAY® is "at a low risk of security incident," according to Cybertrust's findings.
Hailed by industry leaders as a mission critical enhancement to the services provided by REALTORS® to homebuyers and sellers, RELAY® allows the tracking and management of all information related to a real estate transaction from listing through closing; allows users to enable assistants, other agents or transaction facilitators to participate in the process; and features one-click integration with ZipForm® and WINForms Online®, the electronic forms software used by nearly 300,000 REALTORS® nationwide.
