RELAY®, user-friendly transaction management platform for the real estate industry, launched today at Inman Connect
SAN FRANCISCO (July 27) – Real Estate Business Technologies LLC (REBT) today announced the market launch of RELAY®, a Web-based transaction management system for real estate professionals and their clients to use when buying or selling a home. The product is the result of a collaborative effort between REBT and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Hailed by industry leaders as a mission critical enhancement to the services provided by REALTORS® to homebuyers and sellers, RELAY® allows online tracking and management of all information related to a real estate transaction from listing through closing. This includes all transaction contracts, documents, listing and sale information, as well as all communication generated throughout the transaction. The RELAY® system also allows subscribers to enable assistants, other agents or transaction facilitators to participate in the process.
An agent’s clients can receive a CD-ROM copy of the closing file, including their documents, when the transaction is complete. Brokers and agents can also elect to retain a comprehensive electronic history of each transaction.
“RELAY® also features one-click integration with ZipForm® and WINForms® Online, the electronic forms software used by nearly 300,000 REALTORS® nationwide,” said REBT Chairman Bob Kulick. “The one-click integration feature allows subscribers to move both the transaction data and the completed form images – purchase agreements and disclosure documents for example – to the transaction management platform and into the document management system.”
As a Web-based transaction management system, there is no hardware to purchase or software to install in order to use RELAY®. All that is required is Internet access; users can view their online transaction at anytime, anywhere.
