Real Estate Business Technologies LLC (REBT), a C.A.R. subsidiary and creator of
the RELAY® transaction management system, was recently awarded the REALTOR® Secure designation by NAR's Center for REALTOR® Technology (CRT). The designation covers the entire REBT organization, including the RELAY® application, certifying that best practices are in place to protect real estate information and systems from risk.
RELAY®, a Web-based transaction management system for real estate professionals to use and optionally share with clients, service providers and affiliates, also was recently deemed compliant with several stringent security standards following an application security review by an independent security services specialist. Hailed by industry leaders as a mission critical enhancement to the services provided by REALTORS® to homebuyers and sellers, RELAY® allows the tracking and management of all information related to a real estate transaction from listing through closing; allows users to enable assistants, other agents or transaction facilitators to participate in the process; and features one-click integration with ZipForm® and WINForms Online®, the electronic forms software used by nearly 300,000 REALTORS® nationwide.
