LOS ANGELES (August 8) – The Lassen Association of REALTORS® will make RELAY® online transaction management available free to its members, the association announced today.
Lassen joins five other Region Two California Associations of REALTORS ®, including neighbors Shasta and Chico, in adding RELAY® to its member benefits. Many of the local California Associations are leading the way by offering this new technology as part of their member benefits.
RELAY®, an easy-to-use Internet tool for real estate professionals, recently released RELAY® Version 3.0. The latest version of the software includes public documents and greater networking flexibility .
“We are proud to have introduced RELAY(tm) to our members because in the competitive market, we want to enable members to add value to their services,” says Diane Dwyer, President of Lassen AOR. “Our members will be able to incorporate enhanced marketing capabilities, learn time-saving, money-saving online practices, and offer online customer contact through RELAY®, the only REALTOR®-owned online transaction management tool.”

RELAY® features one-click integration with ZipForm® and WINForms Online®, the electronic forms software used by nearly 400,000 REALTORS® nationwide. The one-click integration allows users to move transaction data and the completed forms – purchase agreements and disclosure documents for example – to a RELAY® transaction website. As a Web-based tool, there is no hardware to purchase or software to install in order to use RELAY®. All that is required is Internet access; agents or their clients can view their online transaction anytime, anywhere.
RELAY® was declared compliant with current security standards following an application audit by Cybertrust Inc., a global information security services specialist. RELAY® also was awarded the REALTOR® Secure designation by the National Association of REALTORS®’ Center for REALTOR® Technology (CRT). The designation covers the entire REBT organization, including the RELAY® application, certifying that best practices are in place to protect real estate information and systems from risk.
