The provider workspace is designed so that any service provider with an email address can share documents. Service providers can find help on every screen.

If you are interested in helping agents to create transactions and work with you on RELAY®, you may want to attend a Certified Training class. Certified Trainers teach real estate professionals how to use RELAY® Transaction Management. Click here to learn more about Certified Training.

Some steps to participating in the provider workspace you may find helpful:

To join a provider workspace:

  1. Open your Invitation to a RELAY® transaction email
  2. Click on the first link to create a new RELAY® account, or click the second link to add this workspace to your existing RELAY® account

To view a document:

  1. Sign in to your provider workspace
    (your sign in page is located at https://relay.rebt.com/site/1000)
  2. Click on the property address to open the workspace for that transaction
  3. Click on the document name

To add a new document:

  1. Sign in to your provider workspace
    (your sign in page is located at https://relay.rebt.com/site/1000)
  2. Click on the property address to open the workspace for that transaction
  3. Click on the new document button
  4. Search for the document on your computer to upload it to RELAY®
  5. Name the document and click save
    The document is scanned for viruses, and provided to the real estate agent you are working with.

To add a signed document or document version:

  1. Sign in to your provider workspace
    (your sign in page is located at https://relay.rebt.com/site/1000)
  2. Click on the property address to open the workspace for that transaction
  3. Click on the document detail magnifying glass to the right of the document
  4. Click on the new version button
  5. Search for the document on your computer to upload it to RELAY®
  6. Name the document and click save
    The document is scanned for viruses, and provided to the real estate agent you are working with.
